Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. Orders to large to ship via UPS will be shipped by common carrier.

Products damaged in shipment should be reported to UPS or the common carrier, and to Discount Printing Service within one business day of receipt of the package. Discount Printing Service will on behalf our customers address damaged shipments with the shipping company to obtain credit for damaged materials through shipping insurance.

In the event an order must be re-printed due to damage in shipment, the customer is responsible for re-print charges, which will be credited back to the customer once the original damage materials are settled or reimbursed with the shipping company.

Returns
Our products are custom printed specifically for each individual customer and have no return to resale value, therefore all items are non-returnable and non-refundable. In the event a product is manufactured incorrectly or in error by fault of Discount Printing Service, we will at our sole discretion, re-print or refund the print job. In this instance the replace order must be returned by the customer to Discount Printing Service before credit for such will be determined and/or issued. No returns, reprints, or refunds will be issued for any reason if the error is by fault of the customer which shall be determined entirely by Discount Printing Service.
