How to Order Tri-fold Brochures

1. Enter a unique name in the Job Name box
2. Choose an option for Artwork/Graphic Design from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the Choose File button to Upload Your File (PDF files only, see File Preparation for Print for more info)
4. Choose a Paper Option*
5. Choose an Ink Option*
6. Choose a folding option for your brochures
7. Enter a quantity in the box to the left of the Add to Cart button and the price will auto update (minimum 100)

8. Once you are satisfied with your selections click the Add to Cart button

This brochure product is for a tri-folded (letter fold) or bi-folded (half fold) finished brochure. The brochure measures 11" wide x 8.5" tall when flat before folding and is printed on both the front and back. Tri-folded brochures have 6 panels and bi-folded brochure have 4 panels.  Brochures are a great tool to advertise products or services to prospective clients. A well designed brochure takes planning out through well written copy and relevant photographs and/or illustrations accompanied by eye pleasing graphics. The effectiveness can be impacted not only by the brochures graphic design but also by the print quality of the brochure by the printing service. At Discount Printing Service we use #100 gloss text paper standard for all tri fold brochures. Mailing Tri Fold Brochures

Your brochures can also be designed as a self-mailer, meaning the piece is designed for mailing without the need of an envelope.  Brochures can be mailed out using expensive stamps, or using our direct mail services for automated standard, first class or even non-profit postage.  USPS regulations require brochures to be tabbed to prevent them from hanging up in their automated equipment, so please check with us on your brochures graphic design prior to printing if you intend to mail your brochure as a folded self mailer.

File Type: PDF using settings for commercial print or high quality printing
File Page Setup: 11"x8.5" (landscape)
Margin: 1/4" (0.25")
Bleeds: 1/8" (0.125") if applicable
Crop Marks:  Yes, crop marks are recommended
Colorspace: Grayscale, RGB or CMYK (recommended)

We require submitting layer flattened PDF files for the best quality printing of your tri-fold or bi-fold brochures.  A minimum bleed of 1/8" is required in the brochures design if you want the printed image to extend to the edge of the paper (no white space/margin). We check customer submitted brochures graphic design files with pre-flight software for technical related errors prior to printing. We can also custom design brochures and email PDF proofs for approval.

Our tri-fold brochures are printed on high quality paper substrates hand picked by our experienced printing experts for qualities best suited for the intended products normal use based on industry standards.  We use high quality professional digital printing press equipment to print the tri-fold brochures, with the print engines producing 1200 dpi minimum resolution at speeds greater than 5000 impressions per hour for fast tri-fold brochure turn around times and cost effectiveness.  This allows us to provide you with a premium quality tri-fold brochure printing service at a discount price.

Production time for tri-fold brochure printing is typically 24-48 business hours excluding weekends and holidays.  The production time can vary in some cases depending on the quantity of tri-fold brochures and other options such as graphic design or folding which can require additional time to finish your print job.  Production time starts at the time you approve the final proof for printing if we provide the graphic design or when complete your purchase with press ready PDF files uploaded with the order. If a proof is needed for a tri-fold brochure file you supplied to us the production time begins once you approve the proof.
